I’d love to hear all about your vision for your baby's milestone session. Are you doing a themed first birthday? Do you want something simple and creative? Or are you looking for more themed (think My Fairy-First Birthday, or Mr. One-derful)?

Each session is carefully curated after a series of questions that are answered by you.

2. Planning Your session

Once you are on my calendar, now comes the fun part, planning your session! Through my questionnaire process, I find out your preference on color scheme, as well as posed or unwrapped versus wrapped style. Both can certainly be incorporated through the session.

If you ever have any questions before our session (or even after) feel free to email me and I will respond within 24 hours. I am here to help you along the way the entire time.

3. ask me Anything

Hurray! Your session day has finally arrived. This will be a fun session, including your favorite tunes, and snacks to relax with while we capture your true family essence. During our newborn session, you will be directed on how to pose with your newborn safely, as well as be invited to relax while we grab some individual shots of your sweet baby.

4. Your Portrait Session

Time for the piece you've been waiting on. Your photographs will be lightly edited and delivered to you within a week for you to look through and select the ones you want edited. Then a week after your selection, you will receive your final edits.

FAQs as a Manhattan, KS Newborn and Baby Photographer

Q: Where will the milestone session be?

A: Milestone sessions can take place in my in-home studio, outdoors, or even at your home if preferred.

Q: Am I able to print my own photographs from the session?

A: Each collection comes with its own set number of digital images. You can certainly print from your choice of printers, but colors aren't guaranteed unless you print from my shop. Don't know how to do that or don't know what you want? Let's pop on a call and talk about it, and I can assist you in placing your order.

Q: Can I include meaningful props/blankets?

A: Certainly so. These are your images, and so if you have something that is meaningful (such as a special teddy bear, or even a birthday outfit that they wear each session) they can certainly be incorporated throughout the session.
